1. Who this policy covers

This policy explains how 4Features handles information in connection with the Photo Booth Genie website, inquiries, support, and enabled pilot integrations. For questions or requests, email talexius@4features.com.

2. Information we receive

Website and inquiries. If you email us, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, business name, workflow needs, and support messages. Our hosting providers may process technical request information, including IP addresses, browser information, requested pages, and timestamps, to deliver and protect the website.

Connected pilot services. If your business authorizes an integration, we may receive account identifiers, connection credentials, and the business or customer records needed for the enabled features. Depending on permissions and configuration, these can include contact details, lead and event information, booking status, proposal URLs, design links, and communication records. We do not need your Check Cherry account password to complete an OAuth connection.

3. How information is used

We use information to respond to inquiries, provide support, configure authorized integrations, synchronize selected records, carry out approved communication workflows, diagnose errors, protect the service, and meet applicable obligations. We do not sell personal information. Access to a connected account is used for the service the participating business authorizes.

4. Service providers and connected platforms

We may share information with providers needed to deliver the enabled service, such as website hosting, application hosting, data storage, email delivery, CRM, and integration providers. Connected booking platforms process information under their own policies and your agreements with them. Our CRM infrastructure providers process service data to support the enabled features. If a pilot feature uses an AI provider to review information or draft content, we will identify that use to the participating business before enabling the feature. This informational website does not submit visitor content to an AI model.

5. Business customers and their clients

Participating businesses decide which customer records and workflows to connect. When we process their clients' information on their behalf, we use it to provide the authorized service and follow the agreed instructions. If you are an event guest or client of one of those businesses, contact that business first about its records; we will assist with requests within our role.

6. Cookies and website tracking

This website does not add advertising pixels, analytics scripts, or application cookies. Hosting infrastructure may process technical information and use mechanisms needed for delivery and security. Clicking an email link or following a link to another service is subject to that service's practices.

7. Retention, disconnection, and deletion

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the requested service, handle support, maintain security, and meet applicable legal or contractual obligations. Ask us to delete inquiry or service information by email. We may need to verify your authority and coordinate with the participating business. Some records may remain in backups or be retained where required for legitimate legal, security, or dispute-resolution purposes.

You can revoke a Check Cherry integration through that platform's integration settings. Disconnection stops future authorized access; it does not by itself delete records already synchronized into your CRM or other systems. Contact us for help with stored integration data.

8. Security and processing locations

We use safeguards appropriate to the information and service, including limiting access to connection credentials and using HTTPS for website delivery. No service can guarantee absolute security. Our providers may process information in the United States or other countries where they operate.

9. Your requests and choices

You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of information we hold about you, or to raise a privacy concern. Available rights and exceptions depend on applicable law and our role in processing the information. Avoid including passwords, payment-card details, government identifiers, or unrelated sensitive information in support messages.

10. Children and policy changes

Photo Booth Genie is intended for business operators, not children. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children through this website. We may update this policy as the pilot develops. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice when appropriate for material changes.
